By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these conditions in return for which we will provide you with access. From time to time we may modify the conditions so please continue to review the conditions of use whenever accessing or using this site. By using or submitting an order (and any subsequent orders) on this web site you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.

  1. Account Creation: 

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or a business operated by someone at least 18 years of age) to open an account with us.

1.2 You must ensure that the details you provide are complete and accurate. Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as Order Confirmations, and changes to the service. By registering with greenfare.in, you accept that your email address may be used to supply you with such information. All personal information you have provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned. All personal information will only be used to process and deliver orders and resolve customer satisfaction issues.

1.3 Any change to your details must be notified to us promptly, either by updating your details via your account on the website or by writing an email to info@greenfare.in

1.4 You will be asked to create a password as part of the online account creation process. Your password must be kept confidential and you will be responsible for all activities that occur and all orders that are submitted under its use.

1.5 You must notify us immediately if you know or suspect that someone knows your password and recommend that it is changed immediately via the ‘log into your account’ section of our website.

1.6 We reserve the right to require that you change your password and to suspend or cancel your account where we have reason to believe there has been or could be a breach of website security.

  1. Product Purchase: 

2.1 You agree to purchase services and goods from Greenfare Ecofriendly Solutions Pvt Ltd subject to these Terms and Conditions which will apply to all transactions using greenfare.in

2.2 We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us. We may do both. When you order by telephone, your order will be accepted (or rejected, as the case may be) verbally by our staff. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order.

2.3 Where we accept an order, we do all that we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled. Products are, however, subject to availability and market conditions and we do not always know if a Product is or will be available at the time of accepting an order. If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered, we may offer a reasonable substitute. You may reject that substitute, and you will not be charged for it, or, if you have paid already, we will refund any amount paid for it. If we do not offer a substitute, we will remove the Product from your order so that you are not charged or, if you have paid already, we will refund you the price. We will, however, bear no liability for unavailability of Products.

2.4 All prices for Products are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

2.5 Where an item has been displayed on our website with an incorrect, erroneous price we reserve the right to remove that item from your order, amend the price to one that is correct or to not deliver the item and refund the price paid.

  1. Delivery and Delivery Instructions

3.1 We will deliver the products to the address stated when you set up an account or update the address through trusted courier services. In case of non-serviceable address we reserve the right not to deliver and we will refund the amount if already paid.

While shipping we take all the necessary care but in case if your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal. Any changes to address details must be made before placing the order. It is also your responsibility to make suitable arrangements to receive your delivery.

3.2 Any times quoted for delivery of goods are estimates only and greenfare.in is not subject to any liability whatsoever for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery arising from any cause whatsoever. The Customer is not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods by reason of any delay in delivery or dispatch. Greenfare.in reserves the right to deliver in installments and each such installment is deemed to be sold under a separate contract.

3.3 All Goods must be checked on delivery. You must inspect your goods as swiftly as possible after delivery and notify us promptly of any errors. We will refund you for any products you receive that were not ordered, are faulty, have been substituted with a product that is unacceptable to you or that were delivered without us following these terms and conditions. However, such liability will be limited to the value of the erroneous and / or undelivered goods.

3.4 greenfare.in assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver as a result of fire, strikes, accidents, war, embargoes, accidents, riot, or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control and if delays from such causes do occur our delivery period shall be correspondingly extended.

3.5 Each order you make may include a charge for delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, it will be shown to you as a separate charge on the delivery confirmation page before you confirm your order. Any delivery charge added to your order will be dependent upon, amongst other things, the value of your order, the date and time of your delivery and your delivery address and charges may vary from week to week.

  1. Payment Methods: 

4.1 greenfare.in uses trusted and secured third party “Payment gateway” solution for enabling customers to make payments. Customers can make payments by debit or credit card or opting through a Cash on Delivery method if available. On occasion we may issue vouchers or coupons which will be accepted towards payment of an order. 4.2 The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us are those listed on the website on the date on which your order is placed

4.3 Authority for payment will be requested from your card issuer at the time of your order. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage.

4.4  You agree to compensate us in full for all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal costs) in obtaining payments that have not been made in accordance with these terms and conditions We may at any time after a failed payment has occurred ask our representative to collect payment from you

4.5 Your credit card and payment details will be held on trusted secured third party payment gateway system; we do our utmost to ensure the security of these details. We store your payment information when you register with us to enable automatic payment for regular orders.  Your payment card details are encrypted, stored and processed by a fully PCI compliant third party provider, and are inaccessible to any greenfare.in staff or any other third party.

  1. Amendment of Orders or Cancellation

5.1 Amendments are only possible before the order is in the preparation status, once order status is changed to ready to ship or shipped no amendments will be entertain.

5.2 Order can not be cancelled after it has placed.

5.3 greenfare.in reserves right to cancel the order in case of non-serviceable/deliverable location, discrepancies in payments and erroneous listing of products. In such case customer entitles full refund of made payments.

6.1 While every care has been taken to ensure the product information shown on the website is correct, food products are constantly being reformulated and nutrition content may change. We would therefore recommend that you do not rely solely on this information and always check products labels.

6.2 All product images used on our web site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same size, design or packaging.

8.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the updated Terms and conditions on our Website in place of these. The changes will apply to the use of the greenfare.in Website after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, you should not continue to order from greenfare.in or use the Website. If you continue to use the greenfare.in Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
